1. The item is eligible for a free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you. To report any  issue, you can email us at support@deckup.com.
  2. If you report an issue, we will request additional information along with images. We may also schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide a resolution.
  3. We will resolve the issue by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product or provide a partial refund, basis customer choice. A full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
  4. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a free return pickup of the unit and process a full refund for the order, once the item is returned to our warehouse.
  5. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.


  • Products are not eligible for return or replacements in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or no longer needed.
  • Returns or replacements will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in customer possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).


  1. You can cancel your order online only before the item has been shipped. To cancel, simply sign in to your account and navigate to the My Account – My Orders page to initiate a cancellation. The full amount will be refunded via the payment method used. 
  2. Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If the item is refused at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction of forward and return freight charges before initiating the refund for the order once we receive the item at our warehouse. 

The company decision regarding damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
